Our client, a well-known CSP, is looking to recruit a Junior Credit Analyst into their growing team.
Responsibilities:
Review of Financial Statements and Quantitative and Qualitative information on prospective/actual clients submitted by Business Units
Updating internal rating system (Moody’s Credit Lens) to evaluate customer’s financial status
Assisting senior credit analysts in the preparation & completion of the final credit applications (with particular focus on financial and structuring credit reviews and write-ups) which are submitted to senior management and/or the Credit Committee
Reviewing any transactions or amendments related to pre-approved transactions & other credit-related requests
Analyse and interpret credit bureau reports
Monitoring the credit portfolio in relation to account conduct & industry trend
Use in-house and external rating agency credit rating tools and other economic indicators to supplement analysis
Maintaining compliance with the bank’s internal risk policies, guidelines, regulatory requirements and underlying procedures at all times
Skill-sets and Requirements
2-3 years prior experience in the financial sector, lending, trade finance products, factoring & accounting considered an asset
Computer literate and conversant in Microsoft Office suite
Good interpersonal, communication skills in both written and spoken English
Possess positive attitude, flexible, good team player with ability to work independently and to multi-task
Lending, trade finance products, factoring & accounting experience would considered an asset
Greek Language speaking, reading & writing proficiency considered an asset
Education & Experience
A professional qualification in one of the following areas: Banking and Finance or Accounting or related area;
