Credit and Product Finance Officer

Our client operating in the Financial industry is currently on the lookout for a Credit and Product Finance Officer to join their team.

Duties include: 

• Review and approve loan applications per internal lending guidelines and established risk frameworks.
• Conduct comprehensive financial evaluations of potential clients to determine creditworthiness.
• Contribute to the rollout and oversight of a new financial product, ensuring smooth adoption across current workflows.
• Identify, engage, and nurture long-term relationships with new clients to drive business growth.
• Offer expert guidance to customers on product benefits, financing solutions, and credit arrangements.
• Compile and deliver accurate monthly reports, including performance metrics and profitability analysis, for senior leadership review.
• Assist in the creation and enhancement of financial models to evaluate product success and business impact.
• Generate periodic and on-demand reports that provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Partner with internal departments and external financial institutions to process and manage bills of exchange.
• Track and reconcile all incoming and outgoing financial transactions to ensure proper fund flow management.
• Keep customer account records updated, verifying the accuracy and consistency of all entries.
• Support audit processes by supplying detailed documentation and analytical data as requested.
• Continuously seek opportunities to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and mitigate potential risks.

• Minimum of 2 years of local experience in banking, finance or a related field
• Fluency in both written and spoken English

• Diploma related to Banking, Finance or similar
