Chief Operating Officer

Our Client a Payment Service Provider is seeking to recruit a COO in order to set up and lead their operations function;

Responsibilities Include; 

• Set and implement stanadard operating procedures.
• Take on an active role in strategic incentives
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.
• Present financial data to the board of directors
• Oversee marketing initiatives and implement better business practices.
• Delegate responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable participants.
• Employ various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities.
• Manage client onboarding and other compliance procedures
• Take on an active participation in business development initiatives.
• Open a line of communication with the regulator on compliance and anti-money laundering matters.
• To work closely with the Group CEO and Executive Chairman as so required.
• Assess and implement improved processes and new technologies, and collaborate with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.

• To demonstrate technical and regulatory knowledge.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience working within a financial or payments solutions business.
• Previous management experience
• Demonstrate experience of ethical leadership.
• Have outstanding English verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.

• University degree in financial, legal, technical or regulatory matters.
