Our client is a banking institution who is seeking a Call Centre agent to join their team as they are growing.

The Role

  • You will be taking calls to help customers with their needs
  • You will phone clients to see if you can help them with any banking needs
  • The role also entails phoning clients to explain any changes in services or Regulatory updates
  • You may also be expected to do sales calls if necessary

Experience & Qualifications

  • Have experience in a Call Centre
  • Have a minimum 'O'level standard of Education
  • Will be willing to work in a shift basis
  • Be fluent in English
  • You will be working on a shift basis
