Branch Supervisor

Our client is one of the leaders in the Banking Sector in Malta. They would like to recruit a Supervisor to join their team.
 

The Role

• Assist the branch manager in managing the team
• Handle personal loans, home loans, overdrafts and product sales
• Ensure that KPI's are kept and address when out of line
• See to customers needs 
• Other tasks arising at branch as delegated

Experience & Qualifications

• Have a minimum 2 years experience in a similar role (same grade or one lower)
• Having banking branch experience is a must
• Having experience in Personal Lending and Home Loans is required
