Affiliate Manager (Limassol, Cyprus or Riga, Latvia)

Osaühing Tonybet is looking to recruit an Affiliate Manager in the direction of iGaming to join their team in Limassol, Cyprus, or Riga, Lativa on a full-time basis. 

Duties:

• Search and attraction of new partners through various channels: Telegram, LinkedIn, forums, specialized search;
• Analysis and processing of incoming requests from webmasters;
• Affiliate program management (keeping statistics, communicating with clients, resolving issues);
• Daily support of partners, issuing recommendations on new campaigns, providing feedback on performance indicators;
• Monitoring partner activity, analyzing indicators, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending ways to improve partners' performance;
• Financial reconciliation with partners, control of payments;
• Reporting on the relevant program indicators, such as the number of partners in the affiliate program, conversion rates, the number of conversions created per partner, etc;
• Participation in exhibitions, conferences, meet-ups, and other offline activities.

• Over one year's experience as Affiliate manager in the direction of iGaming;
• Understanding of modern trends in traffic lead generation;
• Excellent communication skills, literacy;
• English language C1-C2 (any additional language counted as a priority).
