Job Description
At UNEC Servicing Ltd in Malta, we specialize in the repair and maintenance of prestigious brands such as DAF, Caterpillar, Cummins, Hyster, and Ingersoll Rand amongst others. We pride ourselves in offering the best service to our clients in an efficient manner, due to this we are looking to expand our team of dedicated professionals by hiring a Warranty Administrator.

As the Warranty Administrator you will be responsible for:

• Submitting warranty claims to our international partners through the procedures laid down in the franchise agreement.
• Ensure parts are ordered efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Follow up on claims and ensure correct processing.
• Keep all documentation organized and carry out regular audits.
• Any ad-hoc work that may occur due to business exigencies.

The successful candidate should preferably have:

• 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience preferably within a similar role.
• A good understanding of heavy vehicles.
• The ability to work on their own initiative as well as form part of a team
• Excellent administrative skills.
• Fluency in Maltese and English would be considered an asset.
