A new role as a Technical Coordinator is now available. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling of incoming client telephone calls
- Logging daily service calls
- Allocating and coordinating technical crew according to incoming requests
- Upkeeping of technical parts within the store
- Be proficient in written and spoken English
- Be organised, ambitious and motivated to learn
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to perform fundamental tasks on company computer software
- Experience in similar role will be considered an asset
- Experience in a customer facing role is a requirement
€20,000 to €22,000 / year
