Based at the Ta’Zuta Quarry in Dingli the Coordinator will be responsible for:
Planning of services to be done on Internal Heavy Plant and Trucks.
Make sure that services are done in a timely manner to avoid overbooking of services.
Following up on heavy plant usage and track mileage and set services as required.
Maintain and keep records of all services.
To identify the need for preventative maintenance and schedule if required.
Estimate maintenance work time to prevent congestion in the workshop.
The ideal candidate would:
Have a structured work approach, pay attention to detail and be efficient in data entry.
Be a proficient IT user, preferably ECDL.
Minimum “O” Level education.
Fluency in both Maltese and English would be considered an asset
Relevant administrative working experience in the automotive industry would be considered an asset.
