Our client, a leading company within the retail industry, is searching for a Personal Assistant. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain Directors agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Make travel arrangements for executives
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Excellent Communication skills in English, both spoken and written
  • Fluency in two of the following languages will be considered an asset - Maltese, French, German
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities
  • Possess a smart approach with high ethical standards
Education & Experience
  • Minimum of A Level Education
  • Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office
