Oyster Offices in Malta is currently looking for a Receptionist/Administrator Officer to join their team on a part-time basis.

Working hours would be from:
  • 9:30 - 15:00 daily.

The role requires the following but is not limited to:
  • Help tenants with any requests
  • Help set up maintenance appointments
  • Help set up third-party agents appointment
  • Sign for or assist with deliveries for tenants
  • Chase any pending payments
  • Issue invoices when necessary
  • Must be able to promote offices on social media.

*The candidate must have some experience in office work and MUST speak Maltese and English. They will also need to be comfortable with taking in requests from tenants and act promptly to sort any issues related to the business by contacting the right persons.

*Salary is 600-650 monthly.
