Montebello Group in Malta is looking to recruit a Receptionist/Administration Clerk to join their team within the reception area on a full-time basis. 

Job Role: 
This role will involve assisting customers both by phone and in person.

Other tasks include:
  • The responsibility for the day-to-day running of the office
  • Maintaining manual and electronic records, and
  • Handling inquiries by telephone, letter, and e-mail.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Capable to work in a team
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications, especially Word and Excel
  • Be customer and service-oriented
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Be flexible and capable of handling stress
  • Ability to prioritize workload in a demanding team environment.
