Hili Ventures is seeking to recruit a professional and reliable Receptionist for its head office in Malta. As the first point of contact for visitors, business partners and employees, the Receptionist will play a key role in leaving a positive first impression, while ensuring that front desk duties are handled efficiently, professionally and with care.
This role involves greeting and welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls and correspondence, overseeing visitor access and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office and guest management. Reporting to the Property and Building Manager, the ideal candidate will be smart, professional and will have a natural ability to create a welcoming atmosphere and a strong commitment to exceptional service.

THE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years’ experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support position, coupled with a minimum A-Level qualification. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, travel booking management and email administration will be considered assets. Additionally, a courteous and approachable demeanour, coupled with a professional attitude, is essential for this role. Knowledge of both Maltese and English is considered advantageous, as is a strong commitment to safety and security.
