Melita Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Receptionist to join their team on a part-time basis.

Job Role:
Do you have previous experience working as a receptionist?
Do you have excellent written and verbal communication?

The ideal candidate would:

  • Greet visitors, welcome them, guide them accordingly and inform company officials of their arrival
  • Handle all incoming telephone calls
  • Maintain a calendar of appointments consisting of meetings
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing couriers
  • Assist the various administrative departments
  • Other duties may be assigned on a day-to-day basis.


What skills do you need?

  • Excellent written and spoken English and Maltese
  • Able to maintain a polite, friendly, and confident manner on the phone and in person
  • Experience and excellent knowledge of all Microsoft applications
  • Minimum O-Level standard of education.

The working hours for this position are from Monday to Friday from 12pm to 5pm.

Full training is provided in-house however candidates with experience in similar roles will be considered an asset.
