Our client is looking to employ a receptionist on full-time basis to join their growing team. Your responsibilities would include but not limited to: 

  • Welcoming guests and clients
  • Being the main point of contact between the organisation and 3rd parties
  • Answering and redirecting phone calls
  • Attending and answering emails (internal and external
  • Filing and maintaining an organised filing system
  • Ensuring a safety and clean working environment
  • Other administrative tasks which could arise

Working hours are from Monday to Friday normal office hours.

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications mainly Word and Excel
  • Must be organised and attentive to detail
  • Be able to work both independently and in a team
Education & Experience
  • Minimum O'level standard of education
  • 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
  • Good communication (written and verbal) both English and Maltese are a must
