Our client, a leading building services provider in Malta, is looking to recruit an organized and presentable Receptionist to join the team on a full-time basis.
Duties:
Taking and directing calls
Completing administrative tasks like filing and delivering and accepting mail
Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the reception area
Ordering supplies for the rest of the office
Assist accounting department when needed
Assisting with travel arrangements and event coordination
Setting up meeting facilities
Arranging for catering for meetings
Greeting visitors to the facility warmly and offering them help immediately
Providing customer support
Scheduling appointments and meeting times
Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
Requirements:
Applicants will have a minimum of A-Level education
Well-written and communication skills in both Maltese and English.
