Our client, operating in the healthcare industry, is looking for a Receptionist to join their growing team. Your roles and responsibilities will include the following: 

  • Ensuring optimal day-to-day operations and acting as the first line of contact with patients
  • Opening and closing the clinic 
  • Handling of incoming calls, and emails
  • Assisting the practioniors with day to day support and ensuring the upkeep of supplies
  • Handling bookings and payments and diverting calls as necessary
  • Assisting visitors with queries and ensuring that effective communication is maintained
  • Keeping updated with treatment plans and services provided
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support as required 

Working Hours are on roster basis as follows based on a 40-hour week: 

  • Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 09:00-17:00hrs 
  • Wednesday and Friday: 09:00 - 19:30hrs
  • Saturday: 09:00 - 15:00hrs 
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Excellent level of English
  • Good time management skills
  • IT proficient
  • Currently based in Malta
Education & Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer facing role
