Malta Business School is looking to recruit a Receptionist to join their team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Providing excellent service to current and prospective students, to ensure a positive learning experience
Answering incoming calls
Greeting & meeting clients
Handling administrative tasks e.g., scheduling meetings, compiling reports, handling correspondence, following up with applicants via email, checking applications and data management etc.
Contributing to team discussions with ideas and suggestions
Regular and consistent upkeep of records
Acting as an ambassador for the company by promoting products and services
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results
Assisting with promotions and sales for accredited programmes and short courses
Any other duties, as deemed suitable for your role, and as required by management from time to time
Desirable Qualifications:
A Level 4 qualification
Desirable Employment Experience:
Previous experience within a similar role will be considered an asset
Required Skills/Attributes:
Availability to work Monday-Friday
Excellent spoken and written English. Proficiency in Maltese will be considered an asset
A proactive and friendly attitude
Strong communication skills, including a customer-focused mindset
The ability to thrive within a team
A hardworking approach, polite with a can-do attitude
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Tech-friendly and able to work with MS Office.
