Our client, a reputable law firm is looking for a Reception and Office Administrator. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
Maintaining client areas to the highest standard
Answering calls and emails
handling of incoming and outgoing couriers
Managing front desk
Assisting in petty cash management
Handling of Administrative Stocks Procurement and the respective process
Co-ordination of Routine schedules for Property Maintenance
Dealing with general administration work to support other departments and Partners
