Our client, a leading company specializing in building services, is looking for a Reception and Admin Assistant to join their team. Reporting to the Senior Partner your responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing the reception area and providing administrative support to the team
  • Handling incoming correspondence by telephone and emails and also greeting visitors
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and appointments for team members
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are set as per company standards and ensuring that calendar invites are sent to attendees
  • Assisting with organizing of events
  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained and be the main point of contact for suppliers 
  • Assisting HR and other department with day to day administrative tasks
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Ability to work under pressure and to work closely with others
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • A motivated team player demonstrating an eager and positive work ethic
  • Currently based in Malta
Education & Experience
  • School leaving certificate is required
  • Excellent command of Microsoft office applications
  • Proven track record working with administrative and clerical procedures and/or in a similar role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, whether in person, phone and/or written correspondence
