Our client, a global company within the Medical Industry, is recruiting for new positions in their quality documentation department. In this role, you will be;

  • Act as Document Author, Quality approver, Electronic System for Documentation Management Local administrator
  • Act as Local Administrator of the Electronic System for the management of printed version of paper document
  • Guarantee the correct application of requirements for document control (System of Record) and lifecycle at the Site
  • Acts as local contact and site coach for Documentation Electronic Systems issues and supports local deployment of system enhancements
  • Supports the local internal training process of QMS Documents
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Very good knowledge of English language, both verbal and in writing (Italian knowledge is an advantage)
  • Attitude to work with focus on implementation, result driven and ability to accomplish agreed objectives
  • Communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders (located in the Site and other locations)
  • Based in Malta
Education & Experience
  • Diploma level of Experience in Sciences or a related field is required
  • Experience on QMS Documentation Management and knowledge in relevant quality documents and standards (eg. ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820) is recommended
