TUM Invest Limited in Malta is looking to recruit a Property Administrative Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Communication and correspondence with clients;
  • Filing of documentation and record-keeping;
  • Documentation relating to permits, compliance, the promise of sales, and deeds;
  • Stocktake of Property;
  • Setting up the promise of sales meetings and related documentation;
  • Creating purchase orders;
  • Social Media updates and communication;
  • Sales presentations about TUM Invest projects.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • The ability to set procedures in record keeping;
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise accordingly;
  • Ownership on following up on the tasks;
  • The ability to understand property-related drawings and plans.
