Our clients, a high-end manufacturing company, are looking to recruit a Procurement, Logistics & Administration Assistant to join their growing team. Reporting to the Production Manager, the chosen candidate will be responsible for:

  • Support the Logistics department with order processing, monitoring delays and chasing suppliers when required;
  • Assist with material sourcing for Production and other departments;
  • Attend the Front Office, be the first point of contact for walk-ins, emails and calls;
  • Ensure meeting rooms are set up according to the calendar schedule.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 06:30 - 15:00

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Must be organised with a good eye for detail
  • Previous experience in the Manufacturing industry, pref in the Logistics, Purchasing and Material sourcing sectors
  • Experience in store keeping and stock control would be considered as an asset
Education & Experience
  • Level 4 standard of Education
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and inventory and sock control system is a must
