Notify suppliers of any discrepancies found in incoming consignments compared to the original invoice;
Accurately and promptly record new stock consignments;
Submit customs entries via the Malta Customs online portal to facilitate goods clearance;
Oversee location transfers within the inventory system;
Assist sales managers by providing insights on stock levels, expiry dates, and product margins;
Update product stock cards, including price changes and other necessary adjustments;
Report to management on products approaching their expiry date;
Process orders for replenishing inventory as required;
Verify and update stock levels in the system for items returned from retail outlets;
Reconcile inventory discrepancies by performing stock adjustments within the required timeframe;
Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times.
Experience
Hold an O’ level standard of education or an equivalent qualification;
Strong proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken;
Well-versed in Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on Word and Excel;
Prior experience in inventory management will be considered an asset.
