Job Summary:    
This position offers an exciting opportunity in a luxury hotel and contributes to its success. The Personal Assistant to the General Manager and Executive Office you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support and will play a crucial role in maintaining a high standard of professionalism and efficiency within the executive office.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:-

  • Manage the General Manager and Executive Management's calendar, appointments, and scheduling, ensuring efficient time management
  • Screen and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the General Manager
  • Prepare and review documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
  • Serve as a point of contact between the General Manager and other departments, team members, and external stakeholders
  • Draft and edit official correspondence, memos, and communications for the General Manager and other executives
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events attended by the General Manager and other executives
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed
  • Maintain confidential records and files related to the hotel's operations and the General Manager's activities
  • Assist the General Manager with special projects, administrative tasks and assignments by conducting research, gathering data, and providing analysis on various topics.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hotel management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
