FaMAS Research Ltd in Malta seeks two profiles (a senior and a junior) Assistant/Customer Administration Manager for a German Business to join team in Malta on a permanent ( 25-40 hrs) with a 100% home office option. 


What we are looking for: 

  • Good command of English (similar to a native speaker); 
  • Some higher education degree, university or similar;
  • General office administration experience including basic MS office user skills;
  • Ideally, some experience with sales process, CRM, customer interation;
  • Junior role requires attention to details and care especially facing many data entry tasks;
  • Senior role requires good self-confidence / comfort in communication with external potential clients;
  • Minimum of 8 years of work experience with 2 or more employers at least for 2-3 years in a full-time position;
  • Some level of German language skills will be big plus, yet is not required;
  • A critical mindset and good self-time-management skill.
The work involves elements of the following tasks and depends on the qualifications and preferences of a candidate: 
  • Online background checks of registered and prospective clients on LinkedIn and other social media platforms; 
  • Data administration in our cloud-based CRM system; 
  • Coordination with the rest of the team in Germany, arranging calls with leadership and with 3rd parties; 
  • Update and upgrade data on our existing ca. 3000 registered corporate buyers, regular mailings with proposals for companies to buy; 
  • Research new corporate buyers; 
  • We expect candidates to be able to good level of English to speak with our clients to explain our process and arrange teleconferences using our system. Even though telephone time per week is likely to be a maximum of 2-3 hours mainly to validate telephone appointments. It is still an important part of the overall job; 
  • The Senior position involves about 10-15hrs/week sales development calls to potential clients.

  • Circumstances to professionally work from home; i.e. good high-speed stable internet connections, workplace and computer; 
  • Self-motivated, strong communicator;
  • Interested to learn more about the job to help develop it further; 
  • Motivated in own personal and business development; 
  • Residence in Malta.

Our company is based in Germany and helps foreign corporate buyers find and finance company acquisitions in Germany. While in practice it is a lot more complicated, in simple words our business is similar to an agency for real estate agents. Over 66% of our clients are foreign and communicate with us in English by email or phone. Our team so far consists of 8 people with a home office in Germany. We are looking to find one or more persons able to support our online research and administration of our clients. This shall be done in close cooperation with our team in Germany.
