Our client, an upcoming CSP is looking for a professional Personal Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the management, including scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing travel, preparing reports, and handling other general office duties.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to executive staff, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and preparing reports
• Maintain and update records and databases
• Manage and track expenses
• Manage small projects as designated by the director
• You will be the first port of call for international clients
• Communicating with legal entities such as MFSA
Our client will also consider candidates who are available to work on reduced hours
