Our Client is a CEO running a number of businesses in construction and hospitality, and due to this gentleman’s increased workload, a Personal Assistant is now required to be based from the Mosta Head Office.

Applicants will:
  • Be organised and capable of multi-tasking
  • Have experience in a clerical position
  • Be conversant with Microsoft Office
  • Be personable with a can-do attitude.

The successful individual will take responsibility for:
  • Scheduling CEO’s diary
  • Ensuring timely signature of documents
  • Organise hard copy and digital filing systems for a number of organisations
  • Chase up internal and external team members for updates etc
  • Take minutes of meetings.

If you are an organised individual who can plan busy workloads, this is an excellent opportunity to work with a friendly, busy CEO.
