Trust Payments (Malta) Limited is currently looking to recruit a Partnership Relationship Officer to join their team on a full-time basis.

The main purpose of the job:
To assist TRUST PAYMENTS’ Partnership Account Managers with Day-to-day Admin tasks, client requests and data handling. They hold the responsibility for checking applications, communicating with partners and merchants, assisting Account Managers with Underwriting requests, issuing contracts, providing reports and data and assisting with any other day-to-day ad hoc tasks.
 
Duties and responsibilities:

  • Carrying out and supporting activities of a commercial, operative, and administrative nature
  • Ensuring a high level of services is being provided to customers at all times
  • Assisting with day-to-day department tasks and activities, including documentation, compiling reports and minutes of meetings
  • Any other administrative duty that may be required on a day-to-day basis from customer requests
  • Work closely with Account managers and the Group Head for ad hoc tasks as needed
  • Ongoing maintenance of the CRM system as requested by the Account Managers, Line Manager and Group Head.

 
Experience and Qualifications:

  • Holds the ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritize
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other languages are considered as an asset
  • Possess strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Background in the payment industry or similar related roles would be considered an asset.
