Our client, operating mainly within the Tourism industry, is looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the CEO workload, act as a gatekeeper and follow up meetings, external contracts and initiatives
Maintaining records, minutes, hard and soft copies of all documentation related to the business managed by the employer
Coordinating, organizing and booking flights, hotels and other logistical requirements across the world
Setting up meetings in Malta and overseas
Organizing and coordinate diary and all scheduling
Following up on projects, clients and colleagues that the employer is responsible for and acting on behalf of the employer as per discretion given by employer
Attending meetings
Organizing, assisting and supporting with any matter as may be demanded by the employer at any time
Skill-sets and Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Maltese
An energetic and positive person who has attention to detail, reliability, efficiency and flexibility
Ability to work on your own initiative
Possesses a smart approach with high ethical standards
Exceptional multi-tasking abilities
An effective planner with proven time management skills
Education & Experience
A Tertiary Level of education or equivalent
A minimum of 5 years’ previous local experience in a similar role
