Titan International Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Office Support Clerk to join our servicing team on a full-time basis. The selected candidate will be performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support our aftersales office.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling client phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Screening and answering emails
  • Handling job cards
  • Perform other office duties as assigned by the Service Manager and Technical Officer.


Requirements:

  • O-level standard of education or equivalent
  • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Good attention to detail
  • Be a team player, flexible, and able to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills in Maltese and English.
