Office Support Administrator

Job Description
Mdina Glass in Malta is looking to recruit a full-time Office Support Administrator to join their team. If you are looking for a role that is diverse in its tasks, then this could be the job for you.

Responsibilities include:

• Updating the stock system with movements between our stores and outlets, and providing our shops with the required product barcodes
• Answering the phone as well as online and email enquiries
• Processing orders made on our e-commerce websites
• Updating and maintaining products on the websites
• Compiling requested data and statistical reports
• Supporting the company's secretary and management team in the day-to-day running of the company.

Qualities we are looking for:

• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working on own initiative while forming an important part of a team environment
• Sense of responsibility and pride in one's work
• Organised and structured
• Possess a very good standard of both written and spoken English and Maltese
• Proficient in use of Microsoft suite (particularly Word and Excel (ECDL certificates or similar will be considered an asset)
• Experience in computer-based stock systems
• Customer service oriented with an understanding of how to communicate professionally with clientele
• Previous experience in back-end website administration will be considered an asset
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an office administration role.

*Training will be given to the successful candidate where necessary.
