Mdina Glass in Malta is looking to recruit a full-time Office Support Administrator to join their team. If you are looking for a role that is diverse in its tasks, then this could be the job for you.
*Applicants must be based in Malta to be considered.
Responsibilities include:
Updating the stock system with movements between our stores and outlets, and providing our shops with the required product barcodes
Answering the phone as well as online and email enquiries
Processing orders made on our e-commerce websites
Updating and maintaining products on the websites
Compiling requested data and statistical reports
Supporting the company's secretary and management team in the day-to-day running of the company.
Qualities we are looking for:
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working on own initiative while forming an important part of a team environment
Sense of responsibility and pride in one's work
Organised and structured
Possess a very good standard of both written and spoken English and Maltese
Proficient in use of Microsoft suite (particularly Word and Excel (ECDL certificates or similar will be considered an asset)
Experience in computer-based stock systems
Customer service oriented with an understanding of how to communicate professionally with clientele
Previous experience in back-end website administration will be considered an asset
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an office administration role.
