We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support in a dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for staff and management.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office secretary or in a similar administrative role.
-Fluency in the English and Maltese language is a MUST
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and under pessure
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is preferred.
