A new Office Manager & PA role is now available within Financial Services Industry. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the overall office functions, mainly:
Assisting with overall general administration duties
Keeping track of all office expenses
Conducting PA duties with the company CEO
Finalising tavel arrangements for team members: flights, agenda, events
Overseeing office maintenance and cleaning schedule
Assisting with preparation of documents and presentations
Organising regular team building events and ensure a pleasant atmosphere in the office
Managing petty cash and liaising with the Finance Department
Keeping filing organised, both for physical documents and online
Requirements
Previous experience in an Office Manager role or similar
IT Savvy - MS Office Apps
Excellent verbal and written English is a must. Knowledge of Maltese would be a plus
Organised and an eye for detail
Able to multitask while working under minimal supervision
