We are utilizing the very latest technologies to get us there.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the general upkeep of CC Group offices
  • Monitor and maintain the general workplace conditions and maintenance
  • Communicate with the landlord and different service providers, including negotiating terms, managing contracts, and organizing invoices
  • Support employee's onboarding and off boarding
  • Keep track of the office-related budgets
  • Design, implement and organize office policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Support the marketing team with coordinating events.
  • Report and organize repairs of any maintenance needed within offices and replace any breakages.
  • Searching for new suppliers based on quality, costs, and efficiency
  • Review contract specifications on behalf of the company
  • Communicate with vendors to ensure that the product arrives in a timely fashion
  • Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
  • Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to find the best options for hardware, software, goods, and supplies
  • Purchase office supplies and equipment whilst maintaining stock levels.
  • Control spending and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the effectiveness
  • Lead transformational activities to build procurement organizational capabilities and improve procurement efficiency


Requirements:
Experience & Education Requirements:

  • Must have 1-2 years of office management experience including experience within procurement, ideally within a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
  • Excellent Command of English, both spoken and written
  • Being fluent in Maltese will be considered an asset
  • Highly conversant with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information
  • Multitasking- flexible and adaptable approach to work, the ability to work with the fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
