Currently, we are looking for an Office Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the office. You are someone who takes pride in your work, with a “can do” attitude and a pleasant nature that has a positive impact on others. You enjoy welcoming others into a professional yet friendly space, and you take pride in assisting your team with their various needs.

Main responsibilities:
  • Be the central point of contact for all day-to-day office-related queries;
  • Management of all office and meeting facilities, and agendas;
  • Liaising with providers and purchasing supplies and other office-related items and necessities;
  • Administration of mail, deliveries, and other documentation if required;
  • Support the HR function;
  • Participating actively in the planning and execution of local and international company-related events;
  • Managing business trip arrangements;
  • Contributing to and implementing company policies and procedures;
  • Ensuring compliance with local health and safety requirements;
  • Undertaking other administrative duties as required for the proper operation of the office facilities.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role - essential
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented;
  • Good solution finder;
  • Great communicator, fluent in English
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
