To strengthen our back-office function, we’re looking for an experienced Office & HR Administrator to manage all administrative tasks pertaining to our accounts, procurement and HR functions.

The role

- Working closely with our CFO and external HR Advisors, you will be:

- Provide accounting and clerical support to the Finance team;

- Support the finance function in bookkeeping and the maintenance of accounting records;

- Assist in invoicing and cash collection;

- Support the procurement process by assisting with purchase orders and sales invoices as needed;

- Working closely with the Procurement team to ensure the accurate execution of work;

- Work closely with the Procurement Officer to ensure consistent delivery of goods and services;

- Manage the administrative work that may arise on a daily basis, including the accurate storage and management of data;

- Maintain HR databases and systems, mainly Indigo, ensuring data accuracy in the HR department;

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including accurate filing and storing of employee data according to the respective data protection requirements;

- Handle the work permits process and liaise with Government departments as required;

- Provide assistance to the external HR team on day-to-day duties

- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, communicating with hiring managers and scheduling interviews etc.

Who you are

This role calls for someone who holds the following;

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role;

- Previous experience in an accounting environment would be considered an asset;

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, specifically in written and spoken English;

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail;

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment;

- Proficiency in basic computer skills and experience with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
