A client of ours specialising in the Construction Industry is currently looking to onboard an Office Clerk. Your main responsibilities will include the following:

  • Since your office would be located at the site entrance. You must keep an accurate log of: all incoming and outgoing truck movements by taking note of the number plate, truck content, weight and driver’s name.
  • Handling all incoming correspondence and front office duties, such as: answering phone calls/emails/etc. 
  • Ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner. 
  • Assisting the finance team with employee time and attendance, by monitoring attendance, sick and leave of all the employees. 
  • Handling various paperwork which would be generated from logged entries/exits. Ensuring that they have been filled in properly and signed accordingly. 
  • Filing and organising hard copies and also electronic documentation. 

Working Hours:
Monday-Friday, 06:30-15:00/15:30
Alternate Saturdays, 06:30-12:00
Once/Twice per year to work night shift

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Previous administration experience (preferably within a similar industry).
  • Able to work independently.
  • Assertive and Organised.
  • Able to work within time limits/deadlines.
  • Conversant in both English and Maltese.
  • To be able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
Education & Experience
  • O'Level education is required.
  • ECDL certification is required.
  • A'Level candidates would be given preference.
