Our client is Corporate Service Provide specialising in Marine & Aviation industries. As an Office Assistant your responsibilities would include: 

  • Providing assistance to the Accounting and Client Relationship Office teams
  • Conducting general office administrative duties such as: printing, filing, scanning, data inputting and preparing documents for signatures
  • Maintaining a well-organised filing system of documentation
  • Answering to any queries both internal and external
  • Other duties which may arise from time to time

 

Working hours are from Monday to Friday between 8:30 - 17:15 with a 30 minute break

 


€16,000 to €18,000 / year
