In this new position as an Office and HR Administrator, you will be reporting directly to the Head of HR and your duties will include:

  • Answering phone calls, greeting visitors, directing visitors to meeting rooms and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Ensuring that the premises are always well maintained and hygienic at all times, including scheduling maintenance and ensuring that H&S procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Handling logistical arrangements including booking travel and accommodation
  • Monitoring stock levels of office equipment and food supplies while liaising with suppliers to replenish stock, while keeping procurement-related registers continuously updated
  • Assisting the HR department in areas such as scheduling meetings and interviews, event organization, recruitment and other ad hoc administrative tasks
