In this new position as an Office and HR Administrator, you will be reporting directly to the Head of HR and your duties will include:
Answering phone calls, greeting visitors, directing visitors to meeting rooms and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
Ensuring that the premises are always well maintained and hygienic at all times, including scheduling maintenance and ensuring that H&S procedures are adhered to at all times
Handling logistical arrangements including booking travel and accommodation
Monitoring stock levels of office equipment and food supplies while liaising with suppliers to replenish stock, while keeping procurement-related registers continuously updated
Assisting the HR department in areas such as scheduling meetings and interviews, event organization, recruitment and other ad hoc administrative tasks
