A temporary vacancy for an Administrative Assistant is currently available with one of Malta’s major players in the home security sector. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing of invoices
  • Ordering of consumables and stationery when necessary
  • Chasing debtors
  • Managing creditors
  • Welcoming and greeting guests visiting the office and directing them accordingly
  • Liaise with stakeholders such as suppliers and freight forwarders
  • Any other Ad Hoc duties as requested by Managers

Education & Experience

  • Previous experience within an administrative/front office role is considered as an asset
  • A level standard of Education
  • Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English

Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (flexible as per requirements)

This role is being offered on a Temporary Basis of 6 months, remote working is also available.
