Valletta Legal Limited in Malta is looking to recruit an Office Administrator/Secretary to join their team on a full-time basis. The chosen candidate will assist the Partners in the management and administration of the firm's day-to-day matters.

Job Role: 
The role will include general office duties and project management as well as diary management and inbox management. Arranging both client and internal meetings are also key tasks within this busy, hard-working, and fast-paced role. The candidate will also be required to run errands in Valletta when required. 

Key Requirements: 
  • To deliver and coordinate high-level support for the firm's partners and the rest of the team, using strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills are indeed also essential. 
  • Applicants are required to have a working knowledge of English and preferably Maltese, to possess a good level of education (law related would be a bonus) as well as advanced MS Office skills.
