Our client is seeking a reliable Office Administrator & Receptionist to join their team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will undertake administrative tasks, office management and supporting the HR team with adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. You will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures the smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes to driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Greets and welcomes visitors with a high level of customer service 
  • Answers the phone and general queries with a value at source attitude 
  • Ensures the office is adequately equipped with supplies - Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Support the HR team in any admin tasks as required
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Supports budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Submits timely reports 
  • Assists colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements

  • Adequate education level preferably EQF level 5 or better
  • Previous experience in customer service will be considered an asset 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and basic software
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies or basic HR admin will be an advantage
  • You will hold an excellent command of English, Maltese would also be a preference

    Working Hours  - Monday-Thursday from afternoons 1pm till 5pm and Fridays all day (office hours)
