In this new position as an Office Administrator/Receptionist, you will be reporting directly to the Administration Team Leader and your duties will include:
Supporting the department in ensuring the smooth running of the office
Handling phone calls, greeting visitors and assisting visitors in their needs and requirements
Booking of visitors on-site and preparing the relevant meeting rooms
Efficiently managing the company's mail and office supplies in line with the company's budgets and also liaising with suppliers and couriers
Assisting the rest of the team regarding the coordination of invoices for approval
Managing ad hoc requests by Management in line with business needs among other ad hoc administrative duties
