Our client is looking for a part-time Office administrator. While reporting to the administration manager, your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Assisting in administration.
  • Tracking the progress of shipments.
  • Providing support in Health & Safety Management.
  • Monitoring the level of office and warehouse supplies and associated replenishments.
  • Managing filing systems as delegated.
  • Handling incoming calls and direct them as required

Monday - Friday 9am-1pm (No Hybrid)

 

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Proven organisational skills.
  • Candidates with previous experience as an office assistant or in a related field. will be given preference.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluency in Maltese is a must
Education & Experience
  • Ideally possess a diploma in office skills or equivalent.
