Our client is an established Group of Companies with operations extending within different sectors and market segments. They are currently seeking to recruit an Office Administrator / PA to the Management Team.
Manage and maintain calendars and diary keeping, including travel arrangements when required.
Take minutes, provide records, and track action plans with all stakeholders.
Assist with planning and organising of training, seminars and conferences.
Support the HR Manager with HR administration when required
Attend phone calls and emails and assist Management with all ad-hoc requests.
Conduct presentations, spreadsheets when required, and administer documentation formatting and reports.
Attend visiting Clients and Suppliers.
Skill-sets and Requirements
Must posses strong organisational and planning skills
Must be able to work hard on own initiative
Must be confident in numeracy skills
Must carry a problem solving attitude, be able to multitask and have attention to detail
Education & Experience
Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint
