Our client, who specialises in IT Solutions, is recruiting for an Office Administrator who will be working closely with the CEO’s Personal Assistant as well as general office duties. Your responsibilities will include:
- General administration tasks - office or remote basis.
- Coordinating and preparing agendas and briefings for meetings
- Taking minutes during meetings and presenting such content in an accurate manner
- Following up on pending actions and ensuring there are no loose ends
- Assisting with calendar management, accommodation and travel requests
- Supporting other departments with administrative tasks if and whenever necessary
- Performing other administrative ad-hoc duties that may arise from time to time
