Office Administrator (Maltese Speaking)

Trusted Tutors (LMRT Learning Ltd) in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
Trusted Tutors is a start-up as a platform that offers all levels of tuition to all students across Malta and Gozo. It is becoming the leading educational platform for tuition in Malta, reaching all students, irrespective of their age, nationality, and ability.
This role offers a unique opportunity to learn what it takes to transform a start-up into a fully-fledged company. As the right-hand person to the CEO  and the second hire of the company, the person shall join with the potential to become the COO of a fully-established company within a few years' time.
The candidate should be passionate about education and must align strongly with our core values and the belief that education is the key to moulding future generations’ minds. Only Maltese Speaking candidates will be interviewed.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on all correspondence via messages, WhatsApp, Facebook page, Messenger, Instagram, LinkedIn, email, etc.
• Organising meetings with the shareholders and following through on any tasks and goals to be achieved
• Social media presence management
• Issuing and collecting invoices
• Keeping all contracts up to date and filed
• Building the company and taking it through its next phase of development.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and marketing skills
• Good knowledge of the Maltese educational system in general
• Organised, good at time management and able to work independently
• IT savvy with knowledge of Google Drive, social media platforms and WordPress website
• Fluency and good writing skills in English and Maltese are MANDATORY (other languages would be a plus).
