For this reason, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator (m/f/d) to join our team in Cashpoint Malta Ltd. This position offers the chance to work with an established gaming company and make a significant contribution to the administration function. If you have office administration experience and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, we eagerly await your application.

Responsibilities:

  • As an Office Administrator (m/f/d), you will support people engagement plans for the office, including staff events, office activities and engagement initiatives.
  • Furthermore, you will provide a welcoming office environment to all employees and visitors. 
  • Moreover, you will oversee office managements tasks such as taking receipt of all post and parcels, coordinating business trips, managing H&S/fire safety tasks and liaising with suppliers. 
  • Finally, you will serve as primary liaison between company staff and building managers, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests related to the office. 

Qualifications:

  • Confident, self-motivated, energetic individual, with at least 1 year’ experience working in a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical eye and attention to detail, with an analytical and efficient approach
  • Dynamic in thinking, extroverted and sociable
  • Ability to thrive is a fast-paced environment
