CLdN Malta are currently looking for an office administrator to join their team.

Core duties include but are not limited to:

- Checking, processing and approving of crewing related invoices;

- General administrative assistance.

Additional tasks might be assigned to the Office Administrator.

The requirements for applicants are as follows:

- Fluent in spoken and written English;

- Proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel; 

- Experience in the shipping industry is considered positive, but not required; and

- Experience in legal administration is preferred, but not required.
